Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right.

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the following circumstances:

  • The merchandise is seriously damaged or defective.
  • The merchandise has printing errors that we are at fault for.
  • There is a sizing issue that we are at fault for. (Size charts are provided on our website for your reference.)

ONLINE ORDERS

You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to contact us regarding any issues. This timeframe includes processing and shipping times. However, it should allow a sufficient amount of time for the customer to receive and inspect their items.

Shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for exchanges and store credit.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If the package is returned to us, we will gladly ship it to the correct address at the customer’s expense.

IN-STORE ORDERS

You have 14 days from the date you purchased your items to contact us regarding any issues.
